Terms & Conditions for SUNNYBOD™ Free Gift Promotion

1. Promotion Description: Customers who purchase a SUNNYBOD™ Refillable Sunscreen Brush online are eligible to receive a free Brush Pouch & Cleaning Brush ("Promotion"). The Promotion is subject to stock availability.

2. Promotion Period: The promotion commences on 1st of November 2023 and concludes on 31st December 2023 or until stock lasts, whichever is earlier.

3. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over. Employees of SUNNYBOD™, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from participation.

4. How to Participate: Purchase a SUNNYBOD™ Refillable Sunscreen Brush online during the Promotion Period. No additional action is required to receive the free Brush Pouch & Cleaning Brush; it will be included with eligible orders while stock lasts.

5. Stock Availability: The Promotion is subject to stock availability. If stock of the Brush Pouch & Cleaning Brush runs out before the end date of the Promotion Period, the offer will be considered concluded. SUNNYBOD™ will endeavor to update promotional materials to reflect this.

6. Delivery: The Brush Pouch & Cleaning Brush will be shipped with the SUNNYBOD™ Refillable Sunscreen Brush to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

7. Limitations: There is a limit of one (1) Brush Pouch & Cleaning Brush per order, irrespective of the number of SUNNYBOD™ Refillable Sunscreen Brushes purchased or products purchased in a single order.

8. Returns:

   • If a SUNNYBOD™ Refillable Sunscreen Brush is returned for a refund, the accompanying free Brush Pouch & Cleaning Brush must also be returned in its original, unused state with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
   • If the Brush Pouch & Cleaning Brush is not returned, is returned in a used condition, or without all tags and original packaging, the retail value of the Brush Pouch & Cleaning Brush will be deducted from the refund amount.
   • All expenses related to the return, such as return shipping and postage fees, are the responsibility of the buyer.

9. General Conditions:

   • SUNNYBOD™ reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.
   • By purchasing from SUNNYBOD™ or participating, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
   • SUNNYBOD™ is not responsible for any lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected orders or any technical issues that may arise during the Promotion Period.
   • The Promotion is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit or any other form or gift. 

10. Liability: SUNNYBOD™ (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss, claim, or damage of any kind (including lost opportunities and whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential) arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.

11. Data Protection: Any personal information provided by customers will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with SUNNYBOD™'s privacy policy

12. Jurisdiction: This Promotion is governed by the laws of Australia and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales Australia.
